About

Technical depth and enterprise governance, in one place.

DIG IT Services grew out of two decades inside large, complex business systems: Oracle applications, integrations, and the governance that keeps mission-critical platforms dependable across multiple sites. We have sat on both sides of the table, delivering as a vendor and now buying and governing them, so we know exactly where estimates get padded and where risk gets hidden. We bring that same rigour to the fastest-moving problem in enterprise IT: adopting AI deliberately, not by accident.

Both sides of the table

We have delivered as a vendor and now govern them. We know where the padding and the risk hide.

Technical and commercial

We can read the code and read the boardroom, and translate between the two.

Vendor-neutral

Independent of any platform's commercial interests. The advice serves you, not a licence.

Where we help

Problems we are built to solve.

If any of these sound familiar, we should talk.

  • "Our staff are pasting company data into AI tools and we have no policy or guardrails."
  • "Leadership wants an AI position and a plan, and we have nothing written down."
  • "A vendor is upselling an AI module and we cannot tell if it is real value or just a label."
  • "We have an Oracle or ERP proposal on the table and we do not know if the price and scope are fair."
  • "We need an enterprise systems roadmap but cannot justify a full-time architect."
  • "We cannot tell if this new solution will become a support nightmare in two years."
What we do

What we're working on

AI governance

Helping you decide where AI genuinely adds value, set acceptable-use and data-handling policy, and adopt it without creating shadow systems or data-integrity risk.

Systems advisory

Independent review of vendor proposals, architecture, and support models. A trusted second opinion on Oracle and your core business systems.

Ventures and writing

Useful, often AI-powered products built to run on their own, plus occasional notes on systems, governance, and building well.

Stay in the loop

Occasional, practical notes on governing AI and enterprise systems without the hype. No spam.
